Policy of Screening for Plagiarism
The Journal of Salutogenic Architecture uses iThenticate to screen all submissions for plagiarism and self-plagiarism before peer review. All papers submitted will undergo a plagiarism check using appropriate software.
-
The overall similarity index must be below 10% (excluding references and properly quoted material).
-
The similarity to any single source, including references, must be less than 1%.
Papers found to contain plagiarism or self-plagiarism will be immediately rejected. We expect all submissions to be original works of the authors, with proper citation and acknowledgment of sources. Authors are responsible for ensuring their manuscripts are free from any form of plagiarism, including duplicate publication of their previous work without proper citation.
The journal reserves the right to report any instances of plagiarism to the authors’ institutions and relevant authorities. Confirmed cases may result in rejection, retraction, and sanctions. By submitting a manuscript, authors agree to these terms.
